Rockstar Pornstar Martini Mocktail Recipe
Why shouldn’t us non drinkers also get a separate little blaster on the side in the form of a spiced tonic, why not? Whilst I have not included any non-alcoholic alternative to citrus vodka (used in my previous life) and opted for the tang of pineapple instead, I have also added 25ml of Citrus Seedlip which is equally as nice but slightly different. I use passion fruit syrup instead of Passoa too which works just fabulous.
Ingredients:
30 ml Passion fruit syrup
75 ml Pineapple Juice
50 ml Freshly squeezed Lime juice
25 ml Citrus Seedlip or Similar (Optional)
25 ml Soda water to top up as required
Passion fruit halves
Optional: Tonic water or Non-alcoholic sparkling wine (such as Nosecco) served in a shot glass with a grinding of Black pepper (if using Tonic water)
Method:
Put the syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and Soda water (and Seedlip if using) into a shaker and give it a mix.
Pour into a suitable glass and float a Passion fruit half, cut side up, on the top.
Fill a shot glass, with your Tonic water of choice and add a grind of Black pepper to give it a tiny but effective kick, or alternatively, use a non-alcoholic sparkling white wine, Nosecco is good.
